In order to identify your
training needs, we have assessments that we can administer (both
standardized or customized). This is critical because it helps us
determine the skills we need to focus on. The assessments are
confidential and anonymous and the evaluation is done as a group,
not individually. The assessments also help you save money
because we can focus specifically on the skill you need. Unless
you are sure that your employees need to start at ground level,
an appropriate curriculum can only be developed after an
assessment.
Assessments for Basic Skills include:
Reading
Writing
Listening
Speaking
Mathematics
Assessments take from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. We can suggest
ways to present these assessments to your employees to make them
fun, positive and constructive.
We can also gather
information in other ways. For example, we can conduct job
shadowing, survey managers and potential participants, conduct
focus groups and/or collect sample documents.
